Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck has checked into Vienna Airport and is delighting his guests with culinary high flyers. The chef from Carinthia, who has been enchanting Hollywood stars and celebrities at the OSCAR Gala for decades, has now built a gastronomy empire around the globe. At his top restaurant at Vienna Airport, he now serves signature dishes such as Tuna Tartar, the famous Smoked Salmon Pizza with caviar, Chinois Salad, the popular “Puck-Burger,” and much more. His Austrian flavor roots are best savored with dishes like Wiener Schnitzel, Beef Goulash, and the original Carinthian Kasnudeln. At the bar, signature cocktails like Puck’s legendary Bloody Mary are served, along with local and international draft beers, as well as Wolfgang Puck wines from California. In the To-Go area, smoothies, bowls, salads, sandwiches, breakfast, and vegetarian and vegan dishes are made daily from fresh local ingredients.
